The vertical painting depicts a young, confident woman with rich ornaments, blue and turquoise colours, who, despite her slim body, should be reflections. Emilia's left hand is at her waist, the right hand calmly depends on the length of her body. Emilia's face is open to the viewer, but to isolation and even a certain compromise. Atop a woman, a handkerchief, collar or fan, is like a modern image in its oriental performance.
The background of the portrait is unusual for the climate, contrasting with a delicate and detailed reflective dress. The climate has placed Emilyia in an empty space, which in any case leaves the impression of depth and landing. Given the proximity of the artist's relationship to indigestion, the portrait provokes ambiguous feelings. It is possible that the intimacy of the climate and the fluoghe was obscured by her keen eye and restricted enthusiasm for her portraits. The portrait of an Emilia Fluoge has not been preserved. There is no evidence that the portrait disliked Emilyia. The photo took part in the Vienna Art Exhibition of 1908 and was bought there by 12,000 religions by the Vienna Library.
