Peter Franchoys, known as well with the following name Pierre Franchoys, is a flemish painter born in 1606 in Mechelen, Belgium and who died in 1654 in Mechelen, Belgium. Peter Franchoys belonged to the baroque art style. He mainly worked during the classical period in the 17 century.
