Niko Pirosmani, known as well with the following name Nikolai Pirosmani-Shvili, is a painter born in 1862 in Mirzaani, Georgia and who died in 1918 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Niko Pirosmani belonged to the naïve art art style. He mainly worked during the modern period in the 20 century.
