The Boulevard Montmartre
Boulevard Montmartre, soleil après-midi (Dutch: Boulevard Montmartre, afternoon sun) is a painting by French Impressionist painter Camille Pissarro, painted in 1897, measuring 74 x 92.8 centimetres. Part of a series of 14 works, the painting shows a view of the busy Boulevard Montmartre in Paris, as seen from his hotel room. It is currently on display at the Hermitage in St Petersburg.

He painted this series from his hotel room in the Grand Hôtel de Russie, high above rue Drouot. Pissarro worked on his series from February to March. Later, in 1898, he would make another similar series of works of the Place du Théatre Français. In 1901-1902, he concluded his career with a series of works of the Pont Neuf.
