Ferdinand Bauer, known as well with the following name Ferdinand Lucas Bauer, is a poster artist born in 1760 in Valtice, Czech Republic and who died in 1826 in Hietzing, Austria. Ferdinand Bauer belonged to the encyclopedic plate art style. He mainly worked during the classical period in the 19 century.
