Joris Hoefnagel, known as well with the following name Georg Houfnagel, is a flemish draughtsman born in 1542 in Antwerp, Belgium and who died in 1600 in Vienna, Austria. Joris Hoefnagel belonged to the flemish & northern renaissance art style. He mainly worked during the renaissance period in the 16 century.
