The Canal Saint-Martin is a painting by Alfred Sisley, which is part of the Musée d'Orsay collections. The painting was acquired in 1907 through a donation from Étienne Moreau-Nélaton. Sisley is said to have chosen the canal as the subject of a series of 4 canvases because it was an industrial infrastructure and he was close to it ;"
